ResHotel Ltd is a UK-based hotel reservation enquiry service. We are not a booking engine and we never take payment online. Instead, our experienced travel team takes your call, hand-picks hotel options that genuinely match your trip, and works with you directly until everything is exactly right.
It started with a frustration a lot of travellers share: booking sites that bury the hotel you actually want under sponsored listings, upsells and confusing rate rules. We thought UK travellers deserved a more human alternative — pick up the phone, describe the trip you want, and a real person goes and finds it for you, at no cost and with no pressure to book.
