ResHotel is a hotel reservation enquiry service, made by phone. We help you find and arrange hotel accommodation in the UK by handling your call personally. Important points:

• Calling us is free and places you under no obligation.
• A call does not create a booking, reservation or contract for accommodation.
• No payment is taken through the Website, or over the phone by us, at any time.
• Any accommodation contract you enter into is between you and the relevant hotel or provider, on their terms.

3. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information when you call us or use our Contact form.
• Only make enquiries on your own behalf, or with the authority of the people you are booking for.
• Do not use the Website or our phone service for any unlawful purpose, to send spam, or to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to our systems.

4. Availability and accuracy

We work hard to keep the Website accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that hotel availability, prices or other details communicated to you will remain unchanged, as these are controlled by third-party providers. All information on the Website is provided for general guidance only.

5. Intellectual property

All content on the Website — including text, design, graphics and logos — is owned by or licensed to ResHotel Ltd and is protected by intellectual property law. You may not reproduce or reuse it without our prior written consent, other than for personal, non-commercial browsing.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for: losses arising from accommodation contracts between you and third-party providers; indirect or consequential loss; or loss arising from inaccurate information you provide.
